What are my options for using Courtside?

You can rent the venue for private play, parties, and group celebrations. You can also register for open play individually or as a group. You can also join us for one of our classes or themed events.

What if my rental date doesn't appear to be available?

Call or email us and let us know what date/time you'd like--many times we have open plays that can be moved around for rentals--just let us know!

Do I need to be a member to book time at Courtside?

​No! Anyone can rent Courtside or register for Open Play. Memberships are a great way to save money if you plan to use Courtside on a regular basis.

Will Courtside staff be onsite during my rental?

No. During your rental time, only your party will be onsite. You are responsible for your guests and the facility. A Courtside contact will be available via text or phone if you have questions or require assistance. 

Can I cater or bring food to my event at Courtside?

Absolutely. Part of the fun is using our great kitchen for your food and beverages! We only ask that you keep food in the kitchen and lounge area so as not to damage or stain the court or other games.

Can I cater or bring food to Open Play at Courtside?

The kitchen is not included with Open Play, because we can't clean it after every Open Play session.

Do I need to sign a waiver to use the Courtside Facility?

Yes, you and anyone (adult or minor) that will be onsite needs to complete a waiver of liability, without exception. Here's a link you can use:

Do I need to sign a waiver again if I already have in the past? 

No, if we already have a waiver on file for you, that will suffice.

Does Courtside provide paddles and balls?

There are paddles and balls available for your use.

Are the rental fees refundable if I cancel?

Rental fees are 100% refundable up to 48 hrs prior to your rental time. Fees are not refundable within 48 hrs, but you can reschedule anytime in the next 60 days. Cancelations and rescheduling are done online.

Can I get in early to set up for my party or corporate event?

We try to accommodate special requests to get in early for setup, but this is entirely dependent on the schedule. If extra time for setup is a must, then we recommend booking additional time to be sure.
